Gourmet Rambler: What did a cupcake ever do to you????? Sheesh.

  2. Gourmet Rambler says:

    George:

Cupcakes are perfectly fine for those who enjoy them. I happen not to care for cake. Of any kind. And I also happen to think that cupcake craze needs to be tamed a bit. If it’s any consolation to the cupcake, I also feel that way about “bacon in desserts” trend. But once again, that is my opinion, and you are free to disagree.

    Best,
    Gourmet Rambler

  3. Felicia says:

FYI, I had a Sunday brunch wedding and still hear how it was the best wedding some had ever attended. People need to make their own rules and trust their instincts rather than trying to follow someone else’s traditions.

  4. Stash says:

I think cupcakes are good for any 2nd and beyond wedding, as they’re far from being distinguished. However they’re inexpensive, and are hard to mess up, which is a huge plus when I think back to all of the [pretty] dry yellow wedding cakes I’ve regretfully sampled.
