An increasing number of brides are choosing to blush pink when it comes to their wedding day. Earlier this year, Reese Witherspoon wore a Monique Lhuillier gown was a subtle shade of pink. A couple of months ago, Anne Hathaway wore a Valentino dress with a hand-painted pink train and several years ago, Gwen Stefani dip-dyed her white Christian Dior number in cerise.
Even on the catwalk, Chanel’s recent bridal collection featured pink as the overriding theme. Topshop’s debut bridal line, designed by Richard Nicoll, was more than 30% pink. Even the Editor-in-Chief of theBrideScoop with her wedding planners discussed colored wedding gowns on The Wedding Planners, The Talk Show, Episode 1!
