Is Lady Gaga getting married?

Is Lady Gaga getting married? Or is this just another of her fabulous costumes?

Unfortunately, on two counts, but (1) Lady Gaga is NOT getting married and (2) it is a costume for an awards event in Europe but not one of her better ones. Oy vey!
