TIP TUESDAY: Careful About Tattoos

It seems like everyone has a tattoo or more than too many of them!!! We don’t want to sound like your mother but you should really consider where and how much to ink before getting something that is permanent on your body!

In my former career as an investment banker, I was expected to attend my fair share of black tie events on behalf of the bank. At that time, I did not have any tattoos but it did keep me from wanting to get one where everyone could see it and comment on it. When I did get a ttatoo to celebrate a milestone birthday, it is in a place where I need to be naked for you to see it.

Yoko Ono said to her son Sean Lennon about tattoos, “I don’t want him to look weird at 80!” And guess what? At age 36, he still does not have any!
