Short & sweet tip today: If you have to write “and guest” on the invitation to a friend or family member because either:
1) That person does not have a significant other
or
2) You have never even heard the supposed significant other’s name before (let alone met them)
do not invite them with a guest. Easiest way to cut down your guest list.

I’m telling you, brides, Pinterest is not only addicting but a great source of ideas. Mommy and I were pinning, per usual, and came across this really simple program from Oh So Beautiful Paper.

Really people, you are going to use email replies to save money? You are going to have your guests search for the information they need to get to your wedding and figure out their own parking because you want to save $1.00 an invitation but you are getting married at First Presbyterian Church and dinner at Gibson’s Steakhouse!!! So, let’s see, the steak dinner is probably right around $150.00 per person and the cost of First Pres is up there. So that extra insert is worth one half the cost of ONE guest!
