FOOD FRIDAY: French Macarons

Stationery Savior and Editor along with a couple of friends were invited to a pre-opening party at the new RM Champagne Salon in Chicago this week. If you love bubbles, don’t walk… run! But something else that struck us is how much we like French macarons!

Editor is not much of a sweet tooth but French macarons are delightful because they come in a multitude of flavors, light as air and easy on the eyes!

These are from Executive Pastry Chef Nate Meads and are available – along with several varieties of souffle (ours was chocolate with chocolate ice cream) – YUM!!!
