I’m an information junkie. I love learning new things. I love newspapers and magazines and books. This isn’t too surprising, I suppose, being that I make my living writing and editing. But so many of these things break my heart. They’re just so terrible.

It’s funny how things change… when I was a boy and into my late 20s, it was women who hurt me, made me cry and wish for death. But now, it’s newspapers, magazines and books.

I swear, I could walk in on my wife banging my best friend and I’d probably be OK with it — as long as she wasn’t reading his latest novel, too.
