Hi Everyone!

It has been a while since my last entry but I wanted to write one more because I am happy to say that Mike and I celebrated our one year anniversary last Monday! It is crazy that a whole year has gone by!

As you all know, the past year was an adjustment for me with not having any wedding planning to do. Don’t get me wrong, I still miss it and always will but I think now that a year has gone by it will make it a little easier to not think about it every day.

Last weekend, we celebrated with a night at the Palmer House and dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Volare. It was so sweet, the Palmer House sent up a bottle of champagne (the kind we had at the wedding) and a small cake that said happy anniversary. :) Staying there brought back so many wonderful memories!

On Monday – our actual anniversary – we cooked at home, popped a bottle of Dom and ate our wedding cake that we have had in the freezer for a year!
