What is the best thing about fall?  Football!

I love football!  Period.  Professional?  Yes!  College?  You betcha!  My kids’ peewee games?  Hell yes!!!

I’ve been a Bears fan for as long as I have been alive.  A Big 10 fan for as long as I can remember.  As an alum of the University of Illinois, I live and die by the Fighting Illini.

But it really was when my son became involved in peewee football that I truly began to understand why I love the game so much.  Team trumps individualism ever time.  I enjoy the camaraderie of the parents on the sideline.  I hope to be able to get away from work to spend some time helping with the coaching and spending time with my son.
