IN THEORY: 24 Weddings in 24 Countries

Are you stressed out about your wedding? Take a number. 24 and counting! Yup!!! That is the number of weddings this happy couple has under taken so far with more to come! Let us introduce you to Lisa Grant and Alex Pelling.

It began with a surprise wedding planned by the groom as a gift for his bride in their home town of Manchester, England and has gone on from there. Lisa and Alex have been married amongst dolphins in Hawaii, dressed as vampires in Los Angeles, on an island in Honduras, in a crayfish-riddled lake in Michigan, in a vineyard in Quebec, on the beach in Mexico, on horseback in Banff and many other locations around the world!

They sold their business and their home to finance their two year worldwide wedding adventure. Once they come to an end, they will return to their favorite destination for their official wedding.

Oh right! We did not mention that they are not legally married yet. Cie la vie!

In theory, every bride and groom should enjoy their wedding day whether or not is it one day or a series of days or two years of weddings. In reality, most couples can barely hold it together to do it once much less over and over in foreign countries and rely on strangers to help make it all magical!
